The Snaplog iOS app does not offer in-app purchases. All billing is managed on the website by organization admins.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Sign in to the billing page at snap-log.app/account/billing. Only organization admins can change plans. Select the plan you want and follow the Stripe checkout flow.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to the billing page and downgrade to the Free plan. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period, then your organization reverts to Free.
- Who can manage billing?
- Only organization admins can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscriptions. Team members can view the current plan but cannot modify it.
- Can I upgrade inside the iOS app?
- No. The Snaplog iOS app does not offer in-app purchases. All billing is managed on the website by organization admins at snap-log.app/account/billing.
- How is my data handled?
- Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore) with encryption at rest and in transit. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store card details. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
- How do I delete my account?
