Account Deletion
Request deletion of your Snaplog account and data.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to contact@yfi-global.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
- Include the email address associated with your Snaplog account so we can locate it.
- We will process your request and confirm once your account and data have been deleted.
What data is deleted
- Your user profile and authentication credentials
- Organization membership (you will be removed from all organizations)
- Inspection data, templates, and reports associated with your account
- Any stored payment references (card details are held by Stripe, not by us)
If you are the sole admin of an organization, the organization and all its data will also be deleted. Transfer admin rights before requesting deletion if you want the organization to continue.
Expected timeline
We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and will email you once the deletion is complete. If you have an active paid subscription, we recommend canceling it from the billing page before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.
