Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using YFI Global (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Organization admins are responsible for managing their team's subscription and member access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious content or code
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Billing is managed by organization admins on the website at snap-log.app/account/billing. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When you cancel, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the Free plan. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
The YFI Global iOS app does not sell in-app subscriptions. All subscription purchases and management are handled on the website.
5. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes in advance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YFI Global and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
